I have been studying Caroline Leaf’s work who is a christian neuroscientist and in her books she states over and over again that our brains are wired for Love and she has proven it with her research. She states that thoughts are physical things based on quantum physics and when we think negative or hateful thoughts we are causing disorder in our brain and body. Some would argue that we would not think that way if our brain was not already disordered but she and other reputable scientist have found that our mind and our brains are separate and the mind is controlled by our will. When we think negative thoughts it literally damages the brain in the area where old school scientist once thought was the reason people were one way or the other. They would bring out their brain imaging and say “this guy was a murderer because of this” or ” this guy is a positive person because of this”. Hence the victim mentality arose. Every one started to believe they were a victim of their biology. When we think positive thoughts we are literally doing our own brain surgery. We can choose to think one way or the other. It takes time to get good at it, it gets easier and easier with constant practice. You just keep picking your self and your thoughts back up again until it becomes second nature and Guess What! When your done your brain and body will be way better off and your life will be better💃
